Sideways lasagne, 180 degrees of ocean, one tough reservation

The lasagne comes stacked in 20 layers on its side, which sounds like a gimmick until it lands on the table. Chef Dennis Omega runs the kitchen on a mash-up of Caribbean coastal flavors and Mediterranean technique, and the squid ink tagliolini backs it up.

Across from Bight Park in Grace Bay West, the dining room opens onto open water with nothing in the way. The TCI lobster thermidor is worth the drive from the other side of the island, though regulars come back just as often for the seafood towers and the wine list.
