Roman and Tuscan cooking, beachfront at the Ritz-Carlton

Skip the Caribbean-Italian mashup every other kitchen on the island seems to run. Casa Nonna sticks to straight Roman and Tuscan staples, the same menu its New York and Aruba locations serve, and that discipline is the whole appeal.

Dinner only, 6 to 9:30pm, tables right on the beach. Book through the Ritz-Carlton directly rather than a third-party site. It's turned into the island's default anniversary dinner spot.
