Open-fire Mediterranean beach club on Long Bay
Skip Grace Bay. The east side of Providenciales finally has its own beach club, and it cooks over open fire instead of running a standard resort menu. Ámbra sits right on Long Bay Beach with Caicos Banks views and none of the usual crowds.
A day pass runs $80 and covers pool and beachside service into the afternoon. Walk-ins are fine, and it works just as well as a lunch stop or an evening cocktail spot.

- Open daily 8am-10pm, walk-ins welcome, no need to be staying at Beach Enclave.

Stunning location, and Schneider was an amazing server and host. Conch fritters, burrata salad, and tiger prawns. Best dirty gin martini I’ve had all year. Come for an early dinner to enjoy the sunset, you won’t regret it!

Great restaurant! Very good service, food is excellent! We could clearly see there is some Italian fingers involved in all the concept ! :) Dessert was omg 😍 Also not that busy I am guessing since is new place, but in way that was good for us since is super quiet Will go again for sure!

The jerk chicken was phenomenal. The vibes in this place are unmatched especially in the night time. Very chill and good music. I enjoyed myself sitting out by the pool.

Great experience. Verify easy going but refined kind of experience. The place looks like its small but the tables are well spaced that you dont feel like youre in a market. The staff is attentive and polite. Excellent drinks from the bartender. Menu a bit limited for cocktails but that does not mean the bar is restricted. Food menu limited again but not short on quality. Conch fritters were good portions and flavorful. My party was pleased with their mains. One complaint was the look of the Branzino. Just looked like a sad presentation of a meal. But the flavors were all there. Overall 8/10 experience.

Perfectly executed - beautiful architecture, outstanding service, one of the most creative menus on the island. We enjoyed every minute here.
