Red chairs and a long view over Murchison Bay from Mutungo Hill

Come for the view: Bend 25 sits about 1,146 meters up on Mutungo Hill, high enough that the tables look down over Luzira and out across Murchison Bay. Red chairs and modern furniture fill the room, a break from the rattan-and-thatch look most cafes in Kampala go for.

Muyenga and Mutungo have filled in fast with new houses over the past few years, and Bend 25 is one of the cafes that showed up to catch that growth.
