Vanquish Lounge

Kampala Opened 18 April 2026

Kampala's Illusion rooftop, reborn as an upscale club with Johnnie Walker behind the bar

The Acacia Mall rooftop that used to be Illusion nightclub has a new name and a bigger ambition. Vanquish Lounge took over the space and rebuilt it as a premium nightlife spot, launching in partnership with Johnnie Walker.

Same skyline, sharper crowd. The opening pulled a heavy turnout from Kampala's social scene, and Vanquish is positioning itself as one of the city's newest upscale rooftop venues, not just a renamed club night.
