Skip the rooftop-view cafes chasing Instagram likes elsewhere in Nakasero. Inspire Cafe keeps it ground-level: filter coffee, pastries and a menu built for people on a lunch break, not lingering over dinner.

The fit-out is compact, not showy, which suits the crowd it actually gets: tower tenants and embassy staff nearby. Laptops are out by mid-morning, and quick espresso meetings keep the regulars coming back.
