Parley opened on East Cesar Chavez in December 2025 from the people behind Bar Hacienda and Here Nor There, built as the version you drop into on a Tuesday rather than book for an anniversary. Most cocktails run $12 to $13 and still get proper attention.

The kitchen is shared with Oseyo next door, so the food runs Korean through the owners' Irish background. There is a pool table, which settles the question of what to do with the second drink.

Wings were great and a little spicy! I had a cocktail with Pisco and it was a little too sweet but delicious. Pricey drinks but that’s the average for this area in Austin. Limited parking but we went early to watch a couple of games so it was fine. We took a couple of tables for 5 adults and 2 kiddos. They did have $4 margaritas for the Mexico game 😍 and that was a great deal!

We stopped in to watch a game while visiting from Houston ended up staying for hours. Really enjoyed the laid back but attentive bartenders and the selection of cocktails was super impressive. There were TVs for the games as well as a pool table. Definitely returning on our next trip to Austin.

This place is so dope! I rolled in for some Idlewild coffee and somehow managed to make three more trips for some caffeine in less than a week. Their experimental lattes are hot fire (but brewed at just the right temperature)! 🔥🔥🔥 Try the caramel miso. You can thank me later… I ended up picking up one of their loyalty cards after my second visit because the barista told me that after it’s filled up I can get a complementary suplex by Jared.

Great bar and even better cocktails! The service here is incredible. The food being partnered with oseyo is an added perk - so delicious! Overall amazing vibes and atmosphere, a true gem.
