The Japanese chain opened its Newbury Street cafe on 17 July 2026, and the queue on opening weekend ran past the shop next door. Matcha here is made to order rather than pre-batched, which is why the line moves slowly.

Beyond the drinks there's a short savoury list and matcha parfaits stacked in tall glasses. Come on a weekday morning for a seat by the window.
