Prophet Coffee's second spot lands on the Eastside

Prophet Coffee already had a following before it picked Jackson Street for round two, and that says something about the coffee. This corner of the Eastside hasn't seen much new café investment compared to the blocks near King and Meeting Streets.

That makes this opening worth tracking. A second location instead of a first means the bet is already proven, and it's landed in a part of the peninsula that's still mostly underserved.
