Larimer Square is thick with restaurants and boutiques, so a bookstore actually stands out. Little Blue Pigeon keeps the shelves tight and picked over rather than trying to stock one of everything, which makes it easy to browse in ten minutes flat.

It landed on a block that's been slowly filling back in with smaller independent shops after a stretch of turnover. Skip it if you want a sprawling selection, come for a fast, well-chosen browse between other stops.

The cutest little bookstore with a huge selection of recent books. The merch is adorable and I picked up stickers and a notepad by a local artist.

Went here with my book club and met the owner who was so lovely! My first question was where the LGBTQ+ books were and she said they are all mixed in because their stories are everyone’s stories and shouldn’t be separated. LOVED THAT. she also recommended me two books, John of John and the elsewhere express. Can’t wait to read and I’ll definitely be back!

A fabulous experience at this gem. Lovely curated books. My daughter and I both found several we can’t wait to dig into! The shop keeper was so lovely- and there were plenty of dog treats for our pup ❣️

Adorable space that feels like a warm hug. You can truly feel the heart emanating through the space & the love for books and the authors that wrote them. Grateful to have such a charming store in my local neighborhood!
