MAKfam's Bib Gourmand chefs finally get a bigger kitchen

The Baker original earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand on a kitchen too small for what Kenneth Wan and Doris Yuen wanted to cook. RiNo is the fix: more space, and a menu that goes beyond the dishes that built the first spot's name.

It landed in the Edit building in late summer 2026, sharing the address with Risica. Same team runs both locations, so the debate over which one to hit comes down to neighborhood, not chef.
