Baseball-obsessed sandwiches near Cherry Creek

The Wonderboy isn't named after some deli tradition, it's named after a bat from a baseball movie, and that tells you everything about the menu here. The founder grew up watching Cubs games on WGN, and it shows in every name on the board.

The reuben gets the most orders, but the rotating specials board is where the baseball references go deepest. This is a quick counter, not a sit-down spot, good for grabbing lunch on the way through Cherry Creek.

Came for the Vienna products but definitely will be making my way down the extensive menu! Everything sounds so good! I love the theme of the names of the sandwiches too. We got chicago dogs, chicken caesar wrap and a build your own. Hard to find a good wrap equally distributed and I loved that it was chopped and spread and rolled tight! Loved the shoe string fries also! You can get your Vienna relish and sport peppers here for home too!

Amazing place ! Absolutely loved all the food we ordered , my daughter LOVES their cheese curds . The cashier was very helpful with suggestions and menu guidance the whole time ! High energy and very aesthetically pleasing . Highly recommend !

Man! This place is a hidden gem! I haven't been able to find a good Chicago beef and Chicago dog here in Colorado but these guys nailed it! Staff was very friendly as well, will definitely be coming back!

All the people who took my order were so good looking! Not only was the eye candy sweet, but they were so nice!!! They made me the best Italian beef I’ve had in a long time, and I added some of their house made chipotle mayo onto it. Man let me tell you, this place is to die for!
