Smoked half chicken from the Riot BBQ crew
Get the smoked half chicken, cooked over oak in the same smokers Riot BBQ uses, either pibil-style or citrus-marinated. Chef Manny Barella, a James Beard semifinalist and Top Chef finalist, runs this spinoff with pitmaster Patrick Klaiber near Barolo Grill.
It's counter service, small enough to be more grab-and-go than sit-down. Add the macha cole slaw, carried over from the Riot BBQ menu, to whatever you order.
