Chris Gallegos is skipping the usual national wine wall for something narrower: Chestnut Cellars, opening inside the Flora building, stocks Colorado distilleries and wineries only. No broad selection, no filler.
That focus sets it apart from RiNo's other bottle shops, which lean wider and less regional. Come here to build a case around Colorado producers rather than grab a one-off bottle.
