A vinyl listening room where food is a side dish

Records fill the bins, shelves and cubbies here, and the sound comes off a real hi-fi system instead of a ceiling speaker. Cauliflower tostadas with cucumber pico de gallo and grilled chicken skewers striped with tzatziki are built to be eaten while you listen.

Chef Natalie Young opened it quietly in late February 2025 in the Colorado building, her follow-up to Eat. Order the Neon Tiger, a mix of gin, yellow chartreuse and Campari.
