We are staying in Koreatown 2-3 times / year and we were excited to see a new hotel opening. We stay here for 4 nights and - compared to all previous options in the area - we are positively surprised. We have checked all previous reviews and whilst there are certainly small things to improve, we decided to make Kins Hotel our new “place to stay” in Koreatown. We enjoy that everything is new and clean and the staff is friendly.

Kins is a clean modern boutique hotel in Koreatown. The air quality is excellent as they actually enforce their non-smoking policy. The gym is available 24 hours per day. I loved the convenience and safety that Kins offers. Special shoutout to James. He is friendly and helpful. I was moving my daughter out of her dorm for the semester. I’m so glad Kins Hotel opened because now I have a convenient, safe and clean place to stay.

I recently stayed at Kins Hotel for a staycation and it was such a great experience from start to finish. First, the location is unbeatable. Right in Koreatown, you’re surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. Super walkable and safe at night. The room was so clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel also felt very safe and secure, which is always important. One thing that really stood out was the customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with recommendations or any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Parking was convenient and easy. Check-in/check-out was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel was quiet, even though it’s in a lively area. Great value for the quality and location! Overall, this is a fantastic boutique hotel option in LA. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, I would absolutely recommend Kins Hotel and can't wait to come back!

Hotel was immaculately clean. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Parking is valet and very convenient and safe. Hotel is in a great location. Room and bathroom were clean and nice, just enough space for a hotel room. I don’t have any con or critique to provide. My stay was excellent. I will mention that there isn't a microwave in the room but they do have one located in a space for the guest to use so this wasn’t a problem for me. I will be staying here again whenever I’m in the L.A. area. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Kins Hotel in Los Angeles, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. This newly built property offers a fresh, modern aesthetic, and everything from the rooms to the common areas is immaculately clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotless, providing the perfect setting for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, offering a clean, contemporary design with top-notch amenities. I was particularly pleased with the level of service throughout my stay. The staff members were friendly, professional, and eager to ensure that my needs were met. The location of The Kins Hotel is incredibly convenient, with a variety of excellent restaurants and shops just steps away, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel also offers valet parking for $45, which I found to be reasonably priced for the area, given the convenience of having a car easily accessible. The on-site gym, while equipped with basic fitness equipment, met all of my needs and is a great feature for those looking to stay active while traveling. Overall, my stay at The Kins Hotel was wonderful, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. I will certainly be returning on my next trip to Los Angeles.
