Bar Bucce

★ 4.5 · 210 reviews Miami Opened Opening date unknown

Bottle shop, pizzeria and provisions counter in one room

Bar Bucce works three jobs at once on North Miami Avenue: bottle shop, pizzeria and provisions counter. A bar sits in the middle where you can drink whatever you just bought off the shelf. Miami New Times named it one of the best new restaurants of 2025.

The Slice & Sip happy hour, 4 to 6.30pm at the bar, takes no reservations and is the cheapest way in. Wednesday to Sunday only.

Bar Bucce has become a staple in our rotation, especially on Sunday afternoons when we get to bring our two-year-old and have some delicious food in a great atmosphere where she gets to run around a little bit and interact with other kids that are there. There is often live music and a great wine selection and it is just a great way to finish off the week and get ready for Mondays. They have a nice happy hour selection at the bar during the week, it’s a great place for a casual outing that over delivers. Whether it’s a date or out with friends, always hits the spot. I can't recommend it enough.

This place was left us pretty upside down. Super excited to visit just to quickly want to leave. Both fortunately and Unfortunately, we were hungry and the food was genuinely delicious so we HAD to stay but the service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced which had us feeling bad since we spent almost $150…. I’m giving them a HUGE benefit of the doubt because life happens. I won’t go into details because I did speak to a manager and they were not just understanding but also honest with me and we do want to visit again so it’s not about causing problems but making it better so we consider going back again.

Bar Bucce delivers some of the best pizza I’ve had. The crust has that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the ingredients are fresh with great flavor in every bite. The toppings feel well thought out and not overdone. Simple, authentic, and consistently delicious. I would definitely go back just for the pizza.

Honestly one of my favorite pizzas in Miami lately. The margherita with soppressata picante is excellent and has been my go to. They also have solid appetizers (meatballs, meat and cheese plates, salads etc that are all great). Food is great to go but the atmosphere there is also really nice to dine there on the patio. Definitely recommended!

Ever since Bar Bucce opened, it’s been my go-to for casual and quality Italian food. I’ve been several times, each one different than the last, and I think that’s one of the best aspects of this place. You can go on any given month and get a new experience. You can go a different month than last and get a new specialty pie with a bottle of wine, you can want a “smaller” evening and grab a pasta dish and a cocktail from the bar or fridge (big fan that they carry Tip Tops), and even just enjoy any event they seem to be throwing now as of recent. I love the versatility of this space, and I love the fact that every server and employee I’ve talked to has been genuine and kind. While I continue to learn their names, big shoutout to Dale, my girlfriend, and I had the pleasure of meeting him last night, and he hooked us up and had us leaving with big smiles. If you come here, make it a mission to order whatever specialty pie they have (need that pizza alla norma to come back), order the 24-month-aged prosciutto with some crucolo, and get any of the wines they suggest. End your night with some gelato. I still need to get back here to try the cannoli. This is a special team and concept, and I hope to continue watching it grow into a welcoming, inviting space, as it’s already proven itself to be.
