Organic grain bowls for the skyway crowd

Grain bowls, smoothies and a clean breakfast menu now sit right inside LaSalle Plaza, no trek required if you work downtown. It's Parcelle Organics' second Minneapolis spot, built for the office lunch rush without the usual fast-food compromise.

The buildout ran close to a million dollars and it shows in a cafe that feels more considered than a typical skyway grab-and-go. Good for a fast, actually healthy lunch between meetings.
