Tulum-ish rooftop above the Canopy

COA turned the Canopy by Hilton's roof into fire pits, string lights and cushioned wicker in March 2026, looking straight at the downtown skyline. It runs year-round, which most Nashville rooftops do not.

The menu goes further than rooftop snacks: tacos, ceviche, shrimp flautas, branzino and carne asada, with an agave-heavy bar behind it. Reserve a cove for a group. They go first.

The rooftop atmosphere is vibrant, stylish, and the perfect place to relax while enjoying incredible food and drinks. The Tex-Mex was fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste. We were not impressed with the service, our waitress was not very attentive that was the only downside. The ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️star of the experience was the amazing soft serve margarita! It's refreshing, creamy, and unlike anything I've had before. It's the perfect signature drink and a must-try if you're visiting.

Food was delicious! The soft serve margaritas was delicious! Would definitely recommend. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will come back here. The restaurant vibes were also chill and inviting.

Went for drinks and snacks. Frozen soft serve margaritas were great! Also nice cocktail menu. Tacos and corn dip appetizer was very tasty. Churros were nice and crunchy and the ice cream went really well with them.

Great cocktails and while the brunch menu was limited, it was delicious...fresh and tasty!! Our server Michayla was outstanding - friendly, attentive and personable. Decided to use as the venue for a 30th birthday party!!! Love it!!! Russell the bar manager was so great at coming over and taking about group gatherings too!
