Every suite here comes with a full kitchen and a washer dryer, built for families who'd otherwise rent a house. Disney Springs is five minutes down Palm Parkway. It's the smallest of three properties andCo Hospitality launched at once this year, a certified B Corporation.

Furnishings are upcycled rather than new, and the company publishes its sustainability numbers instead of a card in the bathroom. A pool, hot tub and tennis court round out the twenty eight room property.
