Lovely 6 bedroom home with pool and hot tub. We watched the fireworks from Epic from the pool deck at night, great view. Water park great for kids, lazy river mostly adults but kids enjoyed as well rented a cabana to be able to get out of the sun, it was worth the price. Staff very cordial, except for the rude dude (as my daughter named him) believe his name is Sterling, at the front desk, also not helpful to my delivery driver from Walmart.

Houses here are beautiful. Very well done and great for families! The resort grounds were also nice, fun and well kept! We rented a 7 bedroom home and loved it! Pros: tons of space, nice screened in pool area, lots of cool features such as the arcade space, lounge area on the 2nd floor with a gaming system, themed rooms for the kids, beautiful master suite, nice amenities eg. kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Cons: one of the arcade games was very loud and could not be unplugged and with 6 kids in the house, someone was bound to press the start button and it went on forever. another con is the flooring gets veryyyy slippery. Esp when you come in from the rain or the pool area. Kids fell a few times. They use a service for pack n plays and both of the ones we got were not in great shape. Also, on the very last night we saw a cockroach crawling in the kitchen. Now i know in florida this can be somewhat common but it just freaked us out. There was a little gap between the top cabinets and backsplash where it appeared to come from so i would suggest filling gaps like those. Overall, we had a great experience and would consider staying there again!

Here's a polished review you can post: I had an excellent stay at Villatel Hotel & Resort in one of the Marriott-hosted apartments. The apartment was incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, and finished to a very high standard. Everything felt modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax during my stay. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. From the moment I checked in, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. A special thank you to Daisia, who went above and beyond when I needed assistance printing some important documents. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and had such a warm, positive personality that made the entire experience even better. Exceptional accommodations combined with outstanding customer service made this a memorable stay. I would highly recommend Villatel Hotel & Resort and look forward to staying here again.

This is a beautiful resort! We stayed in a villa it was for a family vacay. It was 10 adults and 5 children. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom. We had our own private pool but also we used the community pool. The overall resort is very clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. We felt safe. Cant wait to visit again next year!

Outstanding stay at this resort!! They offer a relaxing, clean, and amazing experience. The pool area is absolutely amazing. There is lots to do for the young kids and adults. The rooms were absolutely well put together with modern appliances. The apartment was huge and offer so much space for you to be able to relax. I highly recommend this resort to anyone. I applaud the staff and Marriott for their vision here to make this a great resort.
