Percy

★ 4.5 · 346 reviews Philadelphia Opened May 2025

Seventies-styled all-day bar and sound lounge from the Forîn team.

Percy opened on North Front Street in May 2025 from the people behind Forîn, calling itself an all-day bar, restaurant and sound lounge. The seventies references are heavy and the room is built around the speakers.

The menu covers a full day, from pancakes and buffalo chicken deviled eggs to burgers and steak frites with duck fat fries. Late is when it makes the most sense.

This was my first time at Percy’s and i will certainly be back! The ambiance and service was excellent, they brought me out the lemon blueberry tart (pictured) for my birthday and initially I thought they had the wrong table since I didn’t indicate it on my reservation, but it must’ve been attached to my RESY profile. It was delicious and what a nice surprise/treat! The happy hour specials are delicious and very reasonably priced! Some standouts were the chips and onion dip, the smash burger, and lemon blueberry tart. I can’t wait to come back and try their “brunch” dishes.

The 70s theme is an amazing vibe. The staff is very nice. The food is delicious! We got the burger and fries, avocado toast, and parfait. Honestly, this is my new favorite spot!!

10s across the board! ⭐️ I finally made it to Percy’s yesterday after trying to get there for months, and they did not disappoint. I loved the retro, classic vibe the moment I walked in. I ordered the pancakes, turkey bacon, and hash browns. The pancakes were fluffy, the bacon was perfectly crispy, and I loved that the hash browns had a nice crunch to them. These are definitely going down as one of my favorite pancake spots in the city. P.S. This also seems like a great place to get some work done while enjoying breakfast. Like I always say, until next time... ✨ #WheresSaie

We hosted our wedding at Percy on May 9th and, as a new restaurant when we first committed to this, we were taking a gamble... and I am SO THRILLED we did. I don't have enough positive words to describe Seth (the owner), Sabina, Chef, the entire Percy team, the vibes, food, etc, but I will try. From the start, Seth was always communicative and willing to ease my worries at literally any point in the process. We were able to tailor the night to exactly how we wanted it, and they were incredibly accommodating for all of our requests. The night itself flowed perfectly, and the team at Percy put beautiful touches on the night (like taking our invite/signage and using it as the template menus and food labels to make everything cohesive, or making a late night french fry tower!). Beyond the perfect vibes, ease on our part, and flow of the night, the food was INCREDIBLE. The Percy burger, caesar salad, and french toast sticks being the highlights and raved about by guests even weeks after. My dad even ordered the french toast sticks for breakfast the following day, and my mom keeps asking when we can go back to order the burger again. If you are questioning whether or not to have an event here, don't. Just do it. You won't regret it. If you don't have an event to hold, just go eat here and enjoy the vibes regardless.

The $35 prix-fixe family-style brunch meant a LOT of food for the table. Great value, but I didn’t like the food AT ALL! Even the “highly recommended” ricotta pancakes came off super flat, and the avocado toast and waffles are so disappointing. Only savior here is the dessert.
