Parisian brasserie with Moroccan turns, from the Sofi Corner team.
Soufiane opened on South Eighth Street in May 2026 from the Sofi Corner Kitchen team, running a Parisian brasserie menu with Moroccan seasoning running through it.
Escargots de bourgogne, coq au vin, steak frites, crÚme brûlée to finish. The Infatuation visited and wrote it up.

What a fantastic experience! We saw a blurb about this new restaurant on the news so we decided to head into Philly from Chester County to try it! Worth the drive đŻ! From soup to nuts every dish was amazing! The stars of the evening were the Pate and the Veal Marengo. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful atmosphere in Society Hill. The lamb tangier and chicken tangier are great dishes showing off their authentic Moroccan roots. Appetizers were good but skip deserts. The service MUST improve. Employees need training and education about the food and their restaurant. Parking across the street is discounted 15% with validation, but employees did not know this. I had to find a clerk in hotel. The employees should be taking care of this for their guests.

Kevin and Grant were amazing as bartenders, very knowledgeable and excellent showmanship. Everyone there was so friendly, we requested a âbartenders choiceâ, cafe susu and âsomething like a grapefruit crushâ, everything was so refreshing on a hot as hell July 4th!! Will definitely be back for food!

We had a wonderful evening here, and so much of that was thanks to the service. From the moment we sat down, we were treated with warmth, thoughtfulness, and care. The staff made our night really special and joyful The food of course was exceptional and refined. We started with escargot and the French onion soup, which were both well-balanced. The soup was rich and savory without being too salty. The coq au vin was deeply flavorful and comforting, while the canard confit was both classic and modern, crispy and paired wonderfully with a sweet, poached pear. Even the roasted carrots surprised us, served with a bright, lemony yogurt sauce that elevated a simple side into something memorable. We finished with crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e and chocolate mousse, which were both luxurious and perfectly executed. The outdoor dining space is really charming too. Both secluded and open at the same time, it's the kind of place that lends itself to good conversation. Everything about this restaurant says attention to detail. Highly recommend â we'll definitely be back.
