Mina’s Matcha

Hand-whisked matcha and a couch to sit on
Mina's ran as a farmers market stall before opening a shop on Roosevelt Way NE in February 2026. Everything is whisked by hand, one bowl at a time.
Corn milk matcha sounds odd and is the best thing on the list. Lavender and earl grey versions are there too, and there are enough couches that students camp out between classes.

First time here and loved it! Disclosure: I’m not a matcha master but the drinks at Mina’s were great! They offer two base matcha powders - one that’s more rich and the other more balanced. Then you can choose various specialties (ie banana pudding, ube, etc) as well as sweetness level. We had the Ube and Strawberry specialty matcha lattes. Excellent. Got the regular sweetness and it was not too sweet! There was also a nice thickness to them and weight. It definitely felt like a better bang for your buck compared to other matches in Seattle. Definitely recommend!

7 Ube Matcha Latte: Oat, Yabukita (Nutty Taste) Super tasty, i never knew that matcha on its own could taste nutty. Super cool experience.

Love this spot! Such a great staff, menu, and interior. I love the multiple vases of fresh flowers and cozy seating options. They have multiple types of matcha and are very friendly in guiding you through their options for customization. I got an ube matcha and it was the best I’ve ever had!

I got the double matcha latte and it was SO GOOD!! Definitely one of the best matcha cafes in Seattle. There’s a good amount of seating available for those who want to do work/study/read.

I love this place! Mina was so nice and welcoming. The place itself is clean and great for dining in. The banana pudding matcha was probably the best-tasting one. It was thick and creamy, and you can actually taste the bananas. The umami of the matcha complemented the sweetness of the pudding very well. I highly recommend this place and would come back!
