Seattle's first Thai coffee shop
Nudibranch opened on 12th Ave in February 2026 and claims the city's first dedicated Thai coffee shop, which as far as anyone can tell holds up.
The burnt banana latte and the chocolate Thai tea are the two to try. Beans come from Chiang Rai.

I usually don’t write reviews but from the get go, I absolutely love everything about Nudibranch Coffee~ From the beautiful, thoughtfully Thai concept designed interior to the creative and delicious drink menu, every detail feels intentional and welcoming. I also had the chance to meet the owners, and hearing the story behind Nudibranch Coffee was incredibly inspiring. Their commitment to giving back to the community and building a space centered on kindness and connection really shines through in everything they do. This is wayyyy more than just a great coffee shop, this is a place where I felt genuinely safe, peaceful, and at ease. It's the kind of coffee shop you want to keep coming back to—not only for the innovative beverages and excellent coffee, but for the warmth and values that make it so special. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

Great chill location to come and enjoy unusual Thai inspired coffees. There’s a back room as well. Wi-Fi seems to be great. Many people working on their laptops, enjoying the beautiful atmosphere and people watching. Chill. Inviting and plenty of space.

Super cute inside. Great little bites to pair with your coffee. I got the dirty Thai tea which was right up my alley (I like my coffee on the less sweet side). The Thai green tea tiramisu was nice and light. A great study space too. Will come back

I have visited Nudibranch Coffee twice and both times were great experiences. First visit I tried the iced tangerine americano. This might not be for everyone but for me it’s the perfect morning blend of that coffee and orange juice craving in one. Second visit I tried the Bangkok cherry latte which was heavenly. The house made cherry compote really brings it home. I love what they did with the cafe. I actually worked in this exact location when it was a different shop and it’s completely different in the most lovely and inviting way. Brilliant use of the back room space. Cute and cozy. The baristas are polite and efficient and execute the drinks to perfection. I will be coming back to try all the specialty drinks!

Place looks amazing, staff is nice and quick. I ordered 2 of the specials the Thai sticky rice matcha and the ginger mint sparkle drink. I was surprised to find the ginger mint sparkle was coffee and very bitter. The ginger taste was fine but could not finish the drink. Definitely recommend the sticky rice matcha though, very tasty
