I went in about a week after opening. I wanted to leave a review at the time but didn’t want to rush to post. I thought the space was absolutely beautiful. However it’s very pricey -on par with buddy brew - which is fine if the coffee is amazing…Unfortunately it didn’t taste like there was any coffee in the latte but more of a flavored milk which doesn’t warrant the $10 price tag. I’ve seen several reviews mentioning the same thing. I wanted so badly for this adorable little spot to thrive. I feel like south Tampa really needs a coffee shop like this and I was so excited to go. The reason I didn’t want to leave a review is because I know that it takes time to work out the kinks and I can totally respect that. I wanted to give more time to pass and then try it again. My review wouldn’t have been critical but just a way to help provide feedback in hopes that changes could be made and so I would return. But after reading the owners responses to the reviews it’s clear that she doesn’t want feedback. I will not be back - even if positive changes are made - simply due to the owners lack of respect to her customers and staff. Do yourself a favor and read the responses before you return. I love to support local and small businesses but this will not be one I’ll be returning to. One of my favorite quotes “When someone shows you who they are - believe them- the first time.”

I debated for a long time before writing my review. I'll start with the excellent. The food is excellent. I got the chicken sandwich with pesto, lettuce, tomato, & cheese. It came with fruit and veggie chips. It was $18. As for the price, it's on the higher end of adequate but as I said, the taste was delicious & fresh. I had the complimentary fruit water. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and I just love the earth tones. The owner, Ashley, has good a good eye for color schemes, colors, wall prints, and comfy chairs. The saff was AMAZING. Excellent customer service. Lauren was super sweet and so friendly. I didn't get coffee but there were several customers raving about the coffee. They also have a collection of super cute merchandise. Additionally, they have patio seating & treats for dogs as well as a bowl of water outside for your best doggie friend. The most adorable well behaved dog was there waiting patiently for his treat. Why 4 stars and not 5. While I was there, the owner Ashley, really landed into half of her staff while I was there. I felt it was beyond counseling & constructive criticism. Over & over, in front of other customers, several young employees were told --To stop sitting around & they shouldn't have to be told to clean, stock, wipe tables. --To make sure they don't eat anything for free, their discount is 50%. --What a hard worker she (Ashley) is & they shouldn't wait for her to do what they should be doing. She's tired of doing all the work while they sit around. To be honest I'm holding back on how much this owner really let these very young twentysomethings (maybe older teens), have it. I thought it was unprofessional and actually cruel. Counseling should be done in private, I was embarrassed for your young employees. When I left I sat in my car to eat my veggie chips. While I was out there Ashley left. I decided to go back in and pretend to take more photos. Lauren actually proceeded to help by arranging things for more pleasing pictures. I did not mention the very loud and very public counseling to your staff. Instead I talked about the atmosphere of the Cafe and the merchandise. Just so you know Ashley, your staff RAVED about you. How you took months to pick the right colors, what good taste you have and how WONDERFUL you are. Also, when I first got there while I was ordering my sandwich, your staff did nothing but compliment you and provide excellent customer service. Maybe these young girls are not the most proactive about recognizing what needs to be done (according to you) but that's what a boss or leader is for. Your staff, quality food, & tasteful atmosphere kept this at 4 stars. As a final comment, I'll let you know I am in my 50s with over 20 years of military service. Maybe, as a new owner your time might be better spent greeting patrons. I would have loved to compliment you in person♡

Absolutely loved this place! The coffee is exceptional, the vibe is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the staff are amazing. It’s easily my new favorite spot—highly recommend!

This is the cutest coffee shop and the vibes, food, and drinks exceed expectations! 10/10 recommend to anyone in the Tampa area. Staff is super sweet. Love a local shop that isn’t another chain! If you want a true taste of Tampa and want to support local this is the go to spot

The strawberry and cream matcha is amazing! Adorable beach decor. Friendly staff. Great location. So many delicious items to choose from. You can tell the owners have put their heart into every detail. I know I’ll be spending a lot of time here!!
