Venezuelan puff pastry meets Berliner donuts in East Ybor
Go for the puff pastries, flaky and still warm, then order a Berliner-style donut you didn't expect to find in Ybor City. The sourdough bread is worth the detour too.
The shop sits on the quieter, residential stretch of Seventh Avenue, away from the cigar-factory tourist blocks. It runs on breakfast and early lunch, so come hungry before noon.

So far I've had 2 different croissants and they have been delicious every time. I've been wanting to try a sandwich but most of them are pork and you can't go in and order a sandwich, which tells me they make a few and they sit there until being sold. I had a chicken roll, the pastry was good but the chicken was dry and without flavor. So that's something on the menu I would not suggest. The atmosphere is laid back and the service is mediocre at best. Overall I would say give the bakery a try, you should find something you like and bring cash to pay.

Pistachio croissant was one of the beat we had in a long time and both their latte's tasted refreshing and not too sweet. Extremely attentive and sweet staff. Cant stress this enough. Very sweet people. There is a reason for their popularity. The whole area in ybor might get a redo and i hope this place is at the center of it.

Some of the food was great and some was ok. The coffee was not to my liking. The service was great and attentive. The food selection is quite ample. The layout for the sitting is a bit tight and you end up feeling like you are sort of top of each other. Just not a lot of room. Unsure if I will be back but worth checking out. It may be more of your thing then it was for me.

Excellent bakery! I wanted to try everything here!! I ended up getting the almond croissant (so good) and the ham & cheese pastry (delicious). I don’t recommend their espresso drinks. I got the iced strawberry latte and even though it had a great strawberry puree in it, the espresso tasted burnt and bitter. Employees were very nice and patient. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. The ever changing menu boards with a bit annoying, especially since there was no backup paper menu to look at. It was definitely hard to figure out what I wanted to drink because of it. Also, their hours are frustrating and made it so I could only go first thing in the morning on the weekend. Wish they opened a little earlier during the week.

We found this bakery in Ybor City online and decided to give it a try — so glad we did! They have a really nice selection of sweet treats, and everything looked amazing. We tried a few different items and honestly loved them all. Everything tasted fresh, high quality, and full of flavor. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!
