Greyhaus

Pour-over under a skylight, natural wine after dark
Light moves across raw timber and exposed brick all day, tracing a path under the one big skylight that architect Hiếu built the room around. It makes Greyhaus one of the better-looking coffee spots in Hanoi to just sit and watch the day change.
Mornings run on specialty arabica and careful pour-overs. Once the light drops, the bar switches to natural wine: light, floral, quietly celebratory pours instead of the usual list.

Ive been here several times and I have never been disappointed. The matcha and coffee are impeccable and the atmosphere as well! Fun fact it turns into a wine bar at night :3 If you ever have Minh as your server, you are very lucky ;)

this has slowly become my go to cafe. love the decor and the whole concept of this place. I like that the ceiling is designed to let natural light channel in on a slant rather than direct, giving the lower floor a soft glow. although it can get quite warm on hot days. speaking of concept, even the drinks look intentional. you can tell each one is prepared with effort and styled with care. special shout out to Tú Anh, the girl with green hair. she knows the menu inside out and takes the time to explain things well

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and it’s still my favourite place to grab a coffee. Whether I’m catching up with a friend or getting some work done, the atmosphere is always quiet and comfortable. One thing I really appreciate is that the staff genuinely care about the environment. If people are being too loud or using flash photography, they’ll politely remind them to be mindful of others, which makes a huge difference. Definitely one of the best cafés if you’re looking for a peaceful place to work or just relax with a good coffee.

Cozy upscale cafe/wine bar with artistic interior and well-designed deco. Perfect for chill morning legit cofffee with sunlight warmth, which turns into candle-lit lighting for wine bar vibe at night. Staff are super friendly and accommodating.
