Tokyo-built Italian chain lands in Hanoi's Metropolis mall

Pasta, pizza and steak priced for a food court crowd, not a date-night splurge. The concept itself has a strange pedigree: Italian food built out by a Japanese hospitality group, running for years in Ho Chi Minh City before finally pushing north.

Inside Vincom Center Metropolis, it's the easy fallback when Kegon Fusion or Tohoku are full and you want a break from Japanese without leaving the mall.
