A 360-degree open kitchen above Ấu Triệu

There's a kitchen at the center of this place you can walk all the way around, on the top two floors of a building behind St Joseph's Cathedral. Chef Kike Gallardo runs Spanish tapas here, and it shows in every plate.

Order the pulpo a la brasa and jamón croquetas, wash them down with a house sangria or something from the Spanish wine list. Ask for an upstairs table when you book, the cathedral view is worth it.
