Tohoku's biggest build yet, now in Cầu Giấy

Tohoku already runs restaurants in Nghệ An, Hải Phòng and Ho Chi Minh City, but Trần Thái Tông is its first Hanoi spot and its priciest build to date, a seven-figure-dollar space the chain calls its most complete showcase.

Skip the conveyor belt. The menu leans into sushi and sashimi alongside cooked dishes, aimed at the higher end of Hanoi's Japanese dining scene. A soft-opening discount ran the two weeks before the July 26 launch, long enough for regulars to test the room before full prices kicked in.
