Áo dài on the walls, fusion in the glass

The room takes its cues straight from the áo dài: the cut, the fabrics, the colors on the wall. The drinks run the opposite direction, taking Vietnamese ingredients and pouring them into classic international formats.

The same team runs Motly around the corner, a reworked bia hơi joint. Together the two bars have turned Nguyen Cu into its own small drinking street.
