Three bars, one building, wabi-sabi as the drinks brief

Jimmy Nguyễn stacked three bars on top of each other in a Ly Tu Trong building, and each floor runs its own menu with its own idea of what a drink should be. Wabi-sabi is the stated philosophy, which in practice means drinks allowed to be rough at the edges, a Fizzy Manhattan among them.

Room No. 5, the smallest of the three, takes reservations only. Start there if you can get in, then work your way down.
