3,000 records, coffee by day, jazz by night

Three thousand LPs line the wall at La Scène, and they're the whole point. By day it's a bistro café. After dark it turns into a jazz kissa in the Tokyo sense, where the music runs the room and conversation drops to a murmur to match it.

The drinks shift from coffee to natural wine as the night goes on, with French small plates alongside. It's on Tran Quang Long in Bình Thạnh, off the main bar strip and quieter for it.
