A Tokyo apartment, rebuilt off Nguyen Huu Canh

A Tokyo apartment done up with Japanese restraint and a French finish, that's the idea behind Mita 274. The in-house sake sommeliers pour rare, limited-release bottles that rarely make it to Vietnam otherwise.

Tastings happen every two weeks and go into brewing method, not just tasting notes. The food is umami-heavy on purpose, built to hold up against both the sake and the natural wine list.
