Thirty 59 spreads across multiple levels, a garden and a rooftop, and still refuses to pick a lane. The Spanish-Vietnamese kitchen turns out slow-cooked pork cheeks and sharing plates, backed by a wine list serious enough to earn the name.

The team behind it comes from GOODHOOD Agency, and the community angle is real: the tasting and pop-up calendar runs busier than most bars in the city.
