Bauhaus lines, Mi Goreng and a Monopoly board
Down an alley off Le Thi Rieng, Bar Haus runs Bauhaus lines against a food menu that looks lifted from a student flat. Mi Goreng sits on there without irony, and the Monopoly board isn't decoration, people actually play it.
The cocktails are better than the room lets on. It reads as a neighbourhood bar rather than a destination, which is exactly why regulars keep it to themselves.

Din and Hin served us at Bar Haus and were very accommodating and friendly. They recommended us drinks that match our tastes and they were all really good. Good vibes, drinks and conversations!

Most thing I can say is WOW! like others I was recommended to come here by other great bartenders and it was a completely amazing bar. Excellent menu with great flavors and inventive techniques, excellent chill vibe and super cool decor and the owner Connor is a master bartender. Also loved the upstairs bar, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Barhaus is a small and funky cocktail bar, headed by an amazing bartender (Thien). The drinks were outstanding - groovy and a bit conceptual, but without even the smallest whiff of pretention. Thien’s service was also fantastic. He was warm, hospitable, an excellent conversationalist, and (for any other tourists in HCMC) speaks flawless English. Myself and my partner would both wholeheartedly recommend Barhaus.

very fun chill vibes DJ mixing up the atmosphere as the night goes on cocktails was delicious! they had some fun interesting ones too the Purple Rice Amazake was amazing! light and milky! staff was super friendly and fun to chat with fyi, Bar Haus is downstairs (ground level) and upstairs is Stairs Bar

Had an amazing time. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The cocktails were stunning. The decor and vibe were intentional. Would recommend for an elevated experience with a local feel.
