Really enjoyed our experience here at the Dilmah tea cocktail event. The team were all incredibly friendly and Sai makes an amazing cocktail. I’m not normally much of a gin drinker but the cocktails here well and truly won me over with the bold but well balanced flavours and creative spins on some of the classics. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu again soon. Update: I’ve since visited a few more times and continue to be impressed. The cocktails are superb and the new restaurant is equally fabulous. The menu is small but the dishes pack a flavour punch and are unlike anything else I’ve tried. The focaccia with hot jaggery is phenomenal. This one is definitely worth the hype!

What a truly special and memorable evening at Dutch Rules Distilling Co. As a proud Sri Lankan, it is difficult to put into words how much this experience meant to me. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality, and the entire evening felt like a celebration of our culture, flavours, and stories. The Sri Lankan fusion menu created by Chefs Viveik was exceptional. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavour. The chefs managed to honour the authenticity of Sri Lankan cuisine while elevating it in a creative and sophisticated way. Paired with Dutch Rules' unique cocktails, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. What touched me most was seeing Sri Lankan food and culture showcased with such pride and passion. It filled my heart with joy to see our flavours being shared in a way that was both respectful and innovative. Incredible spirits and incredible new Sri Lankan-inspired menu. There wasn’t a bad dish of the bunch, but the sausage and pastas are must-tries. The charcuterie and focaccia are also delicious, and don’t go past the Swiss roll. Such a great team, too.

What an experience! Such amazing Gins - What wonderful flavours they do, highly recommend a tasting paddle. Then the cocktails are divine...had a cheeky couple! But the food was top notch! What quality! Its a little bit different which is great because you get to try something new! 5 stars doesn't do this place justice! Will be back
