Prosciutto, wine, and ceiling art on Schönaugasse
Bar Pršut opened on Schönaugasse on June 5, 2026, run by Manuela Moosbrugger and artist Paul Renner. The kitchen stays narrow on purpose: prosciutto, salumi, antipasti, and cheese, backed by a wine list that keeps changing, plus the occasional guest-chef night and seasonal special.
Renner designed the interior himself, down to a set of hand-painted ceiling tiles that every guest ends up photographing.
