A father-son revival of an old coffee-and-snack stop on Felix-Dahn-Platz

Wolfgang Müller and his son Alexander opened Das Müller in July 2026, rebuilding the address's long run as a neighborhood Kaffee- und Jausenstation into a proper café. Expect breakfast, coffee specialties, and a quiet garden seating area rather than a full restaurant menu.

It opened almost the same week as Café Ivy a few streets over, giving Graz's Uni-Viertel two new, unrelated cafés within days of each other.

Very cozy café, placed in a less crowded albeit still beautiful part of Graz. The desserts are exquisite: not too sweet, not overwhelming— but also not too bland— just perfect. The staff are really sweet and quickly brought us our order. The coffee is great and the water is served ice cold. Would go back!

Müller is a truly fantastic café in a superb location. Since we live nearby, we love going there and always feel comfortable. The burgers are especially delicious, and the pastries are also very tasty. The outdoor seating area, right next to Felix-Dahn-Park, is particularly lovely – perfect for relaxing. Felix-Dahn-Park also offers a great children's playground, making it especially family-friendly. The café is wheelchair accessible and easily navigable with strollers, both inside and in the outdoor seating area. Overall, a definite recommendation for families and anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a pleasant atmosphere.

New cafe, so the old reviews aren't from the current one. The outdoor seating area was quite nice, the service was great, and the chai was good too, but the sandwich simply wasn't worth the price and was also rather bland, unfortunately.
