Bahian food, three floors, DJs upstairs
Salva stacks Bahian cooking on the ground floor with DJs waiting up the stairs. Three floors, each one shifting the mood as you climb.
Order the acarajé and let the night decide the rest. Things really pick up after eleven.

I really enjoyed the food; the acarajés were well-seasoned, and the shrimp too. The service wasn't great because the place was crowded, and the staff ended up having to do many things at once, but they were friendly. However, when I went, the restaurant was completely without water, which was very unpleasant because it was impossible to flush the toilet, and consequently, there was a horrible smell around the bathrooms, and you couldn't even wash your hands. I thought the top floor was okay; there were few people, so I couldn't enjoy it much, but it's worth visiting for the food.

The food is very good! I was there on a Friday and it has several different areas. The food is very tasty, and I have to praise the chef! The service is very attentive. I loved the decor; it really reminded me of Bahia. 😍 I will definitely be back.

We went for lunch. The food is very flavorful! Extremely pleasant. For starters, we ordered the acarajé and the crab shell appetizer. It comes in generous portions. The acarajé was also very crispy. Worth trying. For lunch, we had the shrimp bobó. It's a very generous portion. The amount of shrimp was also quite good.

What a wonderful experience at Salva Bar! The food is simply impeccable, flavorful, well-seasoned, the kind that hugs you. I literally felt like I was in Bahia, without leaving Rio de Janeiro. I've been more than once and I can say with certainty: the executive lunch is incredible, very well served and full of flavor. The fried fish from the beach is surreal, crispy on the outside, succulent on the inside, just perfect. And the desserts are irresistible, the kind that closes the experience with a golden touch. Congratulations to chef Fabrício, you can feel the care, the technique and the affection in every dish. Besides the wonderful food, I was super well received every time, welcoming service, pleasant atmosphere, I felt at home from beginning to end. I highly recommend it and will definitely return many times!
