Beer brewed in view, kitchen built to match

Watch the lager, weiss, NEIPA, IPA and amber ale get brewed right where you're sitting. Stochna's tanks sit in plain sight on Industrialna, in Sofia's old freight-station belt, and the kitchen exists to keep pace with them.

Long bars, an industrial shell and a big outdoor yard make this the default summer-evening spot for the north side of the center. It's not quite a beer bar, not quite a restaurant, and better for refusing to pick.

I absolutely love this new place - the neighborhood really needed it. We live across the tracks and were craving a spacious outdoor place - I like that it unpretentious and serves live beer and really good food. Also their beer/food pairing is phenomenal.

Such an amazing place, the food is great, fusion beer food perfectly tasty. Our host Steve was fantastic and the ambiance was beautiful, perfect venue for a hot summer night. We will definitely come back. Something new to see in Sofia. Thanks to Steven for the good service!

The venue is roomy, beautifully arranged, with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We were welcomed with a free tasting of their house bears so everyone could choose their bear art. No need to say that the service was great and the food was tasty.

Top! Service was absolutely amazing, they start you off with free tasting of their beers. Food was delicious - we tried the fish plate for sharing - the fish was great, the kalamari a bit unflavored and too much batter. Beetroot salad was sooo good, the traditional salad was also very nice - variety of flavours. Tried the flatbread with sausage, very nice as well. All the desserts were jice (tried all three) - the chocolate mouse was our favourite. Atmosphere and general feel of the space is very funky and playful, yet with taste. Above all the service was absolutely amazing! After dessert they gave as a tasting of their own rakia!
