An unmarked staircase to Yorkville's dressiest cocktails
Skip the street. There's no sign worth looking for at 129 Yorkville Avenue, just a staircase beside the entrance leading up to the polished end of the cocktail spectrum, in a neighbourhood where that's the norm.
The room is built for being seen in, and the drinks match the room. Go for a proper night out, not a quick pint.

Cocktails are slightly overpriced. The live music sets a good vibe so I would go back for that. Gabby our bartender was lovely. My friend asked for a dirty martini and she absolutely nailed it. The shrimp tacos were good. Also the focaccia bread with butter candle was a cool touch on the house.

Great service. Food was 10/10 we tried the special it was so worth it.. normally I don’t get specials but I’m glad I did. I tried the Aperol glitz and it’s my new favourite cocktail. Stayed for nightlife too and I brought my friends in and we all now have a favourite new spot to go to on the weekends. Yorkville needed something like this honestly even Toronto!!

Beautiful venue, with an amazing atmosphere and performance from Ava Marie! We enjoyed many cocktails and little luxuries. The team at Powder Room made our night out experience one to remember 🥂
