Korean café on Spadina built for dessert first

The injeolmi drinks are the reason to go: toasted-soybean sweetness in a glass, built for photos and for lingering. Desserts here aren't an afterthought to coffee, they're the whole point, and the bright room is made for sitting a while.

Project Seoul keeps going well past midnight on weekends, so it's the rare café that doubles as a late-night hang on Spadina.

Hands down the best matcha einspanner I had in Toronto so far! It’s the only one that’s come close to the LA drinks for me. The cream top is so rich, creamy & perfectly sweetened. The seating is abundant and there are a lot of outlets but only 2h WiFi :(

This cafe actually exceeded my expectations. Even though it's on the second floor, it's super clean and spacious with lots of natural lights. The drinks are on the pricier side but the quality makes it worth it. The staff is super friendly and patient explaining the drinks. The ube matcha latte is delicious. I just want to point out that the name is a bit confusing lol. The name sounds like it's matcha latte as the base with some sort of ube syrup or ube cream top... but it's the opposite. It's ube latte as the base with matcha on top.

Cafe is spacious with lot of seating and outlets. Includes some outdoor seating too which is nice. Did not like the fact that they have a two hour wifi limit. Customer service was quick and friendly. The pistachio croissant was crunchy and delicious. The iced latte was good too.

The chocolate fudge cake was moist, fresh, and not too sweet, I haven’t had a piece of cake that good in a while! Matcha was great too. The ambience is calm and peaceful. Will be coming back for sure.

This is a very cosy, modern, minimalist coffee shop and bakery. Loved their signature coffees - Condensed Milk Cream Latte and Iced Einspanner; and we took a slice of mango cake. It was amazing. Distinct coffee flavors and cake as soft as a pillow. I haven’t seen a coffee shop and working space as calm as this! The sanctuary-like decor gives a great vibe. People can work here with a view of Spadina avenue. The ambience is something you’d not miss noticing.
