Korean bakery and café where the bread goes fast
Sio runs bakery, café and a small Japanese kitchen out of one Chinatown room. The bread is what it's named for, and it goes quickly.
Come right at opening if you want the full case. Hours are short, Wednesday to Sunday only.

Wonderful lil cafe! I really enjoyed the drinks and the treats including the Mocha Salt Bread especially! I’ll be back many more times to come!

Delicious bread, convenient location! Always recommend this spot to my out of town and local friends :) Love their matcha drinks too.

The Earl Grey cream bun is SOOOOO delicious. My first time trying salt bread and I've never tasted a dessert like this! So light yet rich at the same time. The Earl Grey cream is creamy and floral while the bread salty and buttery. I've come twice now to have it!

Ordered the earl grey, matcha, and a plain. I bought the flavored ones for my friends and I wanted to try it plain. The plain was soft in the inside and crispy at the bottom. I had been wanting to try salt bread ever since media exploded with making salty bread and coming here for the first time. I wish I bought more..

Amazing little Japanese salt bread shop nested in China town Vancity! Am a bit fan of sio bread (sio = salt in Japanese). Taste really buttery with a variety of topping in between the bread. My fav flavor is the butter an ( aka butter+red bean paste). If you happen to hang around China town, make sure you give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!
