Accor's first Pullman in Croatia: 193 rooms built for business, not sightseeing

Skip the beige corporate look. Pullman finally landed in Croatia in October 2024, with 193 rooms at Buzinski Krči 3A in Buzin's City Island business park, south of the Sava. The interiors lean on contemporary art and a dark, low-lit palette.

This place is built for meetings. The Isola hall seats 150 and comes with a video wall, and the whole ground floor revolves around events. It's a twenty-minute drive from Ban Jelačić Square, so skip it for weekend wandering, but it filled a real gap at the top of Zagreb's business-hotel scene.

Good to know

  • The Isola hall seats 150 and has a full video wall, this is a conference hotel first.
  • Buzin is south of the Sava; budget 15-20 minutes to the old town by car.

I regularly stay at Pullman Zagreb for work, and it has honestly started to feel like a second home. The hotel is modern, comfortable and always very well maintained, but what really makes my stays special is the staff. Larysa and Lucia at reception are always welcoming, helpful and professional. They remember me, make everything easy and always take the time to make sure my stay goes smoothly. A special mention as well to Barbara at the bar, who is always friendly, attentive and genuinely pleasant to talk to. After a long day, her warm welcome and excellent service are always appreciated. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Larysa, Lucia and Barbara, for making every stay so enjoyable. I am always happy to come back.

We had the best time!! We arrived at 00:00 and the stuff was incredibly nice. They stayed late to help us organize and even made us food after they closed the kitchen. The room was unbelievable! Totally worth the price. Very clean, large, great beds just the best. We’re so grateful to them and hope they do well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Pullman Zagreb is a truly stunning hotel. From the moment you walk in, you’re impressed by the beautiful design, unique ceilings, and creative lighting that give the entire space a modern and luxurious atmosphere. Our room was gorgeous—spacious, stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it’s one of the most visually impressive hotels we’ve visited. There are, however, a few areas where the guest experience could be improved. Check-in took longer than expected, as the registration process seemed quite slow and involved a lot of manual data entry. Investing in a more streamlined digital check-in system could make the arrival experience much smoother. Unfortunately, our checkout experience didn’t match the hotel’s otherwise excellent standards. When we returned our room cards and asked whether our stay had already been paid for, the response felt uncomfortable, as if we were being scolded for not knowing which charges still needed to be settled. The communication style lacked the warmth and professionalism you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Despite this, we would still recommend Pullman Zagreb for its exceptional design, beautiful rooms, and overall atmosphere. With a few improvements to the guest service experience, it could easily be a five-star stay.

We stayed just for one night but it was unforgettable. A special mention to Larisa that gave us an upgrade, letting us sleep in a suite at the last floor. She was caring, polite and super professional. Great lunch at hotel restaurant and a very satisfying breakfast. Great staff. The room was just perfect, big and comfortable. Great and quite position. We'll come back for sure. Highly recommended

Nice hotel. Spacious and well equipped modern rooms, clean, cozy. Dinner menu could be better, but breakfasts are fine! Personnel is very helpful and nice. Gym is spacious and well equipped. They have a nice spa area with sauna. But when we stayed at 29.05, spa area was VERY unclean. As we were told, Croatian U21 football team stayed there at that moment, and these guys literally killed spa…
