Cafetería Maguana sits on the beach at Villa Maguana, 22 kilometers out on the road to Moa. It's built for people already in the water rather than for a destination meal. It serves light dishes and drinks, with nautical rentals, snorkel gear and small boats that make an afternoon here easy to fill.

Maguana's beach is generally rated the best near Baracoa, calmer and clearer than the town's own coastline. That's really why the cafeteria exists at all.
