Complejo El Parque runs 24 hours facing the main plaza, which makes it the default stop whenever the schedule doesn't line up with anywhere else's hours. Coffee and a cold beer are the main order, and the bikes and scooters parked outside are for rent by the hour if you need to get out of the center.

Live traditional music turns up most evenings, and it functions less as a destination than as the square's living room.
