A three-floor Mexican cantina in the old Holešovice brewery, since March 2025
Mexická opened on 10 March 2025 in the former Holešovice brewery, and the Together group built it at a scale nobody in Prague had tried for this kind of food: three floors, five kitchens, room for 310 people, gold staircases and an aquarium.
The cooking holds up against the theatre. Tacos, mole, ceviche and barbecue are all made in-house, and the bar runs a long mezcal and margarita list. Service is family style, with plates arriving as they are ready rather than in courses.

The food and drinks were excellent. We had spicy orange tequila and classic margarita, both very good I recommend the two of them. We had a tasting platter of aguachile and the two Mexican traditional specialities, the lamb and the pork. You get some tortillas and you make the tacos, super tasty. Then for dessert we had tres leches cake and dulce de leche flan. Both very good I would order them again. The service very nice and attentive.

Very wonderful place. Perfect if you want to go on date, anniversary or small celebration , team dinner/lunch. They have very beautiful ambience. Food variety is insane. Also drinks are served in beautiful way and lot of options to select. They have different types of kitchen for dish you select. It may take time to get served if you order food from different different kitchens. if you get so many good things at one place, of course prices will be high. But I think for Prague, its fine.

What an epic restaurant this is! Incredible interior, serving staff was 10/10 attentative, communicative, approachable, fast and proactive. The food itself tasted like mexican heaven, really unrivaled. Only thing I'd change is price for tacos as it's almost 100 CZK per one which (given their size) is a lot, someone can devour 5-6 tacos and boom you're already on 600CZK bill. But it is the highest of qualities food-wise. If you like mexican cuisine this place should be on top of your bucket list! I know I will be definitely comming back.

We’ve been here many times before, but today was our first time trying the business lunch — and we really wanted to highlight it separately. The business lunch was absolutely amazing: incredibly delicious food, fresh ingredients, and great presentation. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the prices were a very pleasant surprise. Compared to current prices in Prague, this place is truly affordable. Special thanks to the staff and waiters — the service was excellent, everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Everything about this place was great. We’ll definitely be coming back many times!

It was our first time here, and we absolutely loved the concept, the architecture, and the atmosphere. We were seated on the second floor, and our waiter was amazing — very friendly, helpful, and even gave us some great recommendations. Thank you so much! We ordered two tacos, mushroom and shrimp, Argentine steak, potatoes with a tangy sauce, corn, and then churros and pineapple dessert. Everything was really delicious. It is also a great place for larger groups. We will definitely visit again. Especially after having a very bad experience at another restaurant earlier, the warm welcome and kind service here felt like medicine. We paid 2400 czk.
