A ramen counter near the river that opened in January 2024
Ramencraft opened on Veleslavínova in January 2024, a small bistro doing Japanese ramen properly: broths simmered for hours, noodles cooked to order, a menu short enough to fit on one board.
The room holds maybe two dozen people across a counter and a handful of tables, and turnover is quick. Tonkotsu and shoyu are the standards; there is usually a vegetarian bowl and a small run of gyoza and side dishes to go with them.

We ordered poke bowl with salmon and ramen and it was tasty. The quality of products is really good. The food was prepared in like 5 minutes. Definitely recommend this place

One of our favorite places to eat ramen. They have awesome lunch manus with huge portions, some side dish and a candy. But lunch portions are actually huge and cheap! Highly recommend❤️

Got the vegetarian ramen option and while the tofu, broth and egg was simply amazing and so delicious the added tomato was a strange choice and I would have liked more noodles. My Jasmine green tea was very good. You can sit in single person booths facing the wall/window or at more classic tables.
